Return & Refund Policy

Hey! This is Lela!! I am so happy to bring you our multicultural Boho creations. Our team strives to serve you the best. The fits are detailed in the size guides attached with every article.

In a rare experience if you wish to return or exchange the item, keep the following policies handy:

For Returns:-

  • Return will be accepted within 7 days from the day of receipt.
  • All products to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled and without any fragrance.
  • Products should be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
  • Creations on sale are not eligible for Returns or Exchange.
  • No returns are applicable on sale, however size exchange is possible depending on availability on the stock.

For Exchanges / Replacements:-

  • Exchanges are only allowed for pin codes which are serviceable for an exchange.
  • Any product bought with us, is eligible for exchange more than once.
  • The exchange can only be created if the product is available in the stock.
  • In case, the exchange outfit is not available, you can return and request for the refund.
  • If the product is not eligible for replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.
  • We shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased on its site if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined by Lela’s sole discretion.

Note: -

  • We ensure 4 levels of Quality Checks before any product is shipped to you. However, in a case of a claim , please ensure you take an unboxing/unpacking video to claim for your return in case of any damaged or defective goods received from our end.
  • Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated.
  • If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.
  • The refund will take 20 working days to credit the refund into the bank.
  • Cancellation can be done before shipping the order and is not applicable on partial order.
  • In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • Processing charges 500/- will apply on refund.

Mode of Refund:-

  • For both cancelled orders & returned products, the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
  • In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT, customer needs to share the bank account details via email -hello@lela.co.in

For International Orders:-

  • Returns and exchanges are not for International orders.
  • Cancellations are possible till the order is not shipped.
